How  much does shipping cost?

At this time we are only shipping items to residents who live in the U.S.A, Canada or Mexico. All orders will be shipped via Usps ground. Orders placed in the U.S will have a flat rate of $10. Orders outside of the U.S will be rated at $25. Please allow 1-3 days business days for order processing /verification, and an additional 5-8 days business days for delivery.

What if I placed an order but never received a tracking number?

If you do not receive an email from Time Is Now within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your personal Spam folder. Alternatively, the email address may have been spelled incorrectly. If you are still unable to locate the confirmation email for your order, please email timeisnowapparel@gmail.com

How Can I track my order ?

Once your order has been fulfilled a tracking number will be sent to the email address used to place the order.  You can stay updated on your package by putting your tracking number in the "Track my order section" on the main menu. Please be Don’t forget to check your spam and junk folders!

What if I want to exchange an item

EXCHANGES will be subject to a processing fee of up to $15 per item. Please email Timeisnowapparel@gmail.com in order to receive exchange instructions. Exchanges on limited release and exclusive items are not guaranteed. Please fully ensure your order is correct BEFORE checking out!

What If I want to return an Item ?

Time Is Now does not accept returns. Requests for exchanges, or reports of errors or damaged items, must be made within 3 business days of the delivery date. Please be sure to consult the size chart on the item BEFORE checking out!

What if an Item is Lost ?

Time is Now is not responsible for lost/stolen items. In the case of a lost/stolen package please contact the carrier directly. Once the order is in the possession of the carrier we do not see it again. Time Is Now in unable to replace items lost by the post office or stolen free of charge. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you!
